The Heritage Residence LLC delivers HHSC-licensed Personal Assistance Services (PAS) directly in our clients' homes across Irving, TX and the greater DFW Metroplex. Every service is tailored to the individual preserving independence, promoting dignity, and supporting families with peace of mind.
PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANCE: Respectful, dignified support with bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and toileting always honoring each client's privacy and sense of self.
MOBILITY & TRANSFER ASSISTANCE: Safe support with walking, transferring, repositioning, and assistive device use with fall prevention as our top priority.
MEAL PREPARATION & NUTRITION: Nutritious, enjoyable meals prepared in the client's own kitchen, tailored to dietary needs and personal preferences.
LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING & HOME SAFETY: Laundry, dishes, and tidying to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
COMPANIONSHIP & SOCIAL ENGAGEMENT: Meaningful conversation, shared activities, and accompaniment to appointments because connection matters as much as any other care.
MEDICATION REMINDERS: Timely reminders to help clients take medications as prescribed. (Note: Caregivers do not administer medications unless delegated by a Registered Nurse per Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 225.)
ERRANDS & TRANSPORTATION SUPPORT: Accompaniment to medical appointments, grocery trips, and community outings keeping clients connected to the life they love.
RESPITE CARE: Scheduled relief for family caregivers, ensuring loved ones receive continuous, quality support while primary caregivers rest and recharge.
SPECIALIZED SUPPORT: Person-centered assistance for clients with dementia, cognitive decline, physical disabilities, or age-related conditions always safety-focused and family-coordinated.
