STAFF QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING

All personal care attendants undergo criminal history background checks, reference verification, and orientation training prior to client assignment. Staff receive ongoing training in client rights, safety, infection control, and person-centered care practices.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

The Heritage Residence LLC conducts regular supervisory visits, client satisfaction assessments, and service plan reviews to ensure the highest quality of care. Any concerns identified are promptly addressed and documented.

All client health information is maintained in strict confidence in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and applicable Texas law. Staff are trained on privacy practices and required to sign confidentiality agreements.
